Our Soft Play arena is designed for safe, high-energy fun where kids can climb, slide, and play to their heart's content.

Arrive Early: Please arrive 10 minutes before your session to ensure a smooth check-in.

Waivers: Ensure your safety waiver is signed before arrival. Delays due to missing paperwork cannot be refunded, and we cannot extend session times.

Parking: ParkingEye is in enforcement in the public car park. You must enter your registration number at reception on arrival.

Supervision: All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Age Limit: This activity is not suitable for children over 10 years old or above 4ft9

Check-in: Valid bookings and completed waivers are required for all climbers.

Ascend oswestry does not allow outside food on the premises. You may be asked to leave if you are found to consume food on the premises.

Ascend oswestry remains a parental supervision centre and children must remain in parental/guardian care.
