Before You Arrive

We can’t wait to welcome you to Ascend! To keep everything running smoothly (and safely), here’s everything you need to know before your visit.

All you need to know...

Check in made easy

Please arrive 10 minutes early to give yourself time to check in without rushing. All bookings must be valid, and waivers must be completed before arrival. If these aren’t done in time, we won’t be able to delay or extend your session.

Keeping everyone safe

Ascend is a parent-supervised environment, so children must be actively supervised at all times.

Socks are required for all children using soft play.

This activity is suitable for children under 10 years old and below 4ft9.

We also kindly ask that no outside food is brought onsite—this helps us manage allergens and keep the space clean.

Parking & Session Times

Our car park is enforced by ParkingEye, so don’t forget to enter your registration at reception when you arrive.

Session times:

Weekdays: 10AM–12PM & 4PM–6PM
Weekends: 9:30AM–11:30AM, 12PM–2PM, 3:30PM–5:30PM

We close between sessions for cleaning to keep everything fresh and ready for your next visit
