Arrive Early: Please arrive 10 minutes before your session to ensure a smooth check-in.

Waivers: Ensure your safety waiver is signed before arrival. Delays due to missing paperwork cannot be refunded, and we cannot extend session times.

Parking: ParkingEye is in enforcement in the public car park. You must enter your registration number at reception on arrival.

Capacity: Sessions are suitable for groups of up to 4 players per booking.

Arena Conduct: Follow staff instructions, stay within the designated play area, and be aware of other players—fast movements and sudden stops happen.

Equipment Care: Do not touch, climb on, or block lasers, sensors, or gaming equipment.

No Rough Play: No pushing, grabbing, tackling, or rough play is permitted.

Footwear: Wear suitable footwear—no bare feet or slippery socks.

Health: If you feel unwell, dizzy, or injured, stop playing immediately and notify a team member.

Restrictions: No food, drinks, or chewing gum are allowed in the Game Zone.

Weekday sessions offer a more relaxed way to experience The Grid. Players can choose one game (45 minutes) or two games (1 hour 15 minutes), giving plenty of time to learn the rules, build confidence, and enjoy the lasers and interactive floor at a calmer pace. Ideal for first-timers, younger players, or anyone wanting a more laid-back experience.
