Check in made easy

Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in. All players must have a valid booking and completed waiver before arrival. We’re unable to extend sessions or offer refunds for delays caused by missing paperwork.

Gaming sessions are designed for groups of up to 4 players per booking, ensuring everyone gets the best experience in the arena.

Game Zone Safety Rules

To keep things fun (and safe), please follow all guidance while playing:

Stay within the designated play area and follow staff instructions at all times
Be aware of others—expect fast movements and sudden stops
No rough play (no pushing, grabbing, or tackling)
Do not touch, climb on, or block lasers, sensors, or equipment
Suitable footwear required – no bare feet or slippery socks
No food, drinks, or chewing gum in the Game Zone
If you feel unwell or injured, stop immediately and alert a team member

Parking & Session Times

Our car park is enforced by ParkingEye, so please remember to enter your registration at reception on arrival.

Session times:

Weekdays: From 4PM (sessions every 30–60 minutes depending on game), last booking at 5:30PM
Weekends & Half Term: From 10AM (same format), last session at 5PM
