Our Soft Play arena is designed for safe, high-energy fun where kids can climb, slide, and play to their heart's content.
Your Party Schedule
Your party includes a 2-hour soft play session, with exclusive use of your private party room for the full duration. This gives you plenty of time for food, cake, and celebrating while the children enjoy uninterrupted play.

Arrival Time
Please arrive 10 minutes before your session to allow time for check-in and safety preparation.

Food & Dietary Requirements
Any dietary requirements or allergies must be provided in advance of your party date. We may be unable to accommodate last-minute changes on the day.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your party.

Adding Additional Guests
Additional children may be added up to 7 days before your party, subject to availability. Please contact us to view availability. ​

Waivers
All guests must have a completed safety waiver before arrival. Delays caused by missing paperwork cannot be refunded, and session times cannot be extended.

Parking
Parking is in a public car park enforced by ParkingEye, which is not owned or managed by Ascend.
You must enter your vehicle registration at reception on arrival and follow all signage to avoid a charge.

Age & Supervision

Soft play parties are suitable for children aged 10 and under

All children must be actively supervised by an adult at all times

Children must not be left unattended
How to book

Choose the The Core Party option, then select your preferred date and time.
Please note: If the Party Package for 10 is not available, this means another party is already booked in that session. Selecting additional children only will not secure your party — the Party Package must be booked to confirm your reservation.

The Party Package for 10 must be booked first before any additional children can be added.
​
One your booking is complete you will recieve email confirmation with a waiver link, please ensure all invited children have signed this prior to arrival.
