Your Party Schedule

Your party includes 1 hour 15 minutes of climbing, followed by time in your private party area for food and cake. The party room is available for the entirety of your climbing session and continues afterwards for celebrations.

Arrival Time
Please arrive 10 minutes before your session to allow time for check-in and safety preparation.

Food & Dietary Requirements
Any dietary requirements or allergies must be provided in advance of your party date. We may be unable to accommodate last-minute changes on the day.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your party.

Adding Additional Guests
Additional children may be added up to 7 days before your party, subject to availability. Please contact us to view availability. ​

Please note: Climbing party sessions remain open to the public unless all 22 spaces are booked exclusively, therefore we cannot guarantee additional spaces will be available.

Waivers
All climbers must have a completed safety waiver before arrival. Delays caused by missing paperwork cannot be refunded, and session times cannot be extended.

Parking
Parking is in a public car park enforced by ParkingEye, which is not owned or managed by Ascend.
You must enter your vehicle registration at reception on arrival and follow all signage to avoid a charge.

Age & Supervision

• Climbing parties are not suitable for children under 5 years old

• All children must be actively supervised by an adult at all times

• Children must not be left unattended
